The Financial Advice Service Ltd (TFAS) is a fully regulated financial advice firm. We provide independent financial advice with an emphasis on convenience and simplicity. We understand that in today’s busy and constantly changing world, time is a precious commodity. Jeff Lange Chief Executive Officer
An experienced senior leader within financial services with a wide-ranging background, Jeff has an accomplished professional track record, having worked with several award-winning wealth management practices, including FTSE 100 businesses.
For the last five years Jeff has been playing a leading role in building and developing TFAS as a successful financial advice business focused on embracing modern working practices and technology.
Underpinning these experiences, Jeff has a strong belief in the importance of professional and personal integrity and a steadfast commitment to achieving positive client outcomes.
Chris Redman Senior Independent Financial Adviser
More than 25 year’s experience in financial services, in both management and client facing roles. Extensive experience in financial planning, working for both large UK financial institutions, as well as regional advisory practices.
Chris is passionate about using his expertise to deliver tailored financial plans that add value to his clients and building trusting relationships over the longer term.
Expertise in holistic financial planning across pensions, investment and protection.
Lauren Kiley Wealth Director
A responsible and diligent senior professional with a Level 6 Diploma in Financial Advice.
Early career experience in debt advice and non-regulated financial guidance in the charity sector before moving to regulated Financial Services.
Following a successful track record leading a team of advisers and paraplanners, Lauren brings substantial strength and technical expertise to the senior management team at TFAS.

Financial paraplanner with over 4 years experience in paraplanning.
Passionate about financial services industry and service excellence.
Role includes conducting in depth analysis and creating bespoke recommendations and reports for each client.
